Who am I ?

MC Margot is a Quebecois novelist and French teacher in a minority setting in Eastern Ontario. Originally from a small village in Quebec, she developed a passion for reading at an early age, especially after discovering Par vents et marées by Alison McLeay, a Christmas gift from her parents.

Her professional journey in teaching French has allowed her to refine her mastery of the language and gain a deep understanding of the power of words—expertise that directly fuels her literary creativity.

MC Margot is the author of the Blood of the Gods trilogy, a work in which she explores mysterious and fantastical worlds. Her writing transports readers to alternate universes while inviting them to spark their own imagination. Volume 2 – Ra was the first in the trilogy to be written, although the idea for the saga had been developing in her mind for 17 years. Today, these worlds no longer exist only in her imagination—they come to life on the pages of her novels.

Through her works, MC Margot seeks to awaken her readers’ imagination and encourage them to push the boundaries of their own creative potential.
